The complex offers comfort, coziness, and easy access to restaurants, cafes, and pleasant walking alleys. Spacious and functional apartments are at your disposal. They are designed both for a fulfilling holiday with your loved ones and for a peaceful pace of remote work.

Good to know:
- Daily cleaning, with bed linen changed every 3 days.
- A baby cot is free of charge upon prior request.
- Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises of the complex. Thank you for your understanding.
- Parking spaces are limited and subject to an additional charge – 1 parking space costs 10€ per night. They are provided only upon prior request made on the day of the reservation and confirmation via email or phone – maximum one parking space per reservation/apartment.
- We have 3 swimming pools suitable for all ages, including young children. The large pool has a depth of 1.80 m and is ideal for swimmers, the medium pool is 1.35 m deep, and the children's pool is 0.75 m deep. All pools are spacious and provide comfort for complete relaxation and entertainment.
- Every guest of the complex receives a 10% discount at the restaurant for their entire stay.
- Check-in is after 15:30, and check-out is by 11:00.
- A deposit of 100 € in cash is required upon check-in, refundable upon check-out in the absence of violations.
